What is djathi.com, in short?
djathi.com is a remote staff service for real estate agencies in Albania, Kosovo and the Albanian-speaking areas of North Macedonia. You send the property on WhatsApp; we prepare, publish and update the listings, the Albanian and English descriptions and the photos, 24/7. We are not a real estate agency or a listings portal: we do not sell property and we do not promise sales. We take on the manual work behind the listings.

What does it cost?
We do not publish a price, because the work is not the same for everyone. It depends on how many properties you manage each week, how much content we prepare and how often it changes. Tell us those things and you get a clear quote, with no obligation.
Do I have to hand over my passwords?
We work with your existing process and the access you choose to provide. We do not create unnecessary accounts or structures in our own name.
What work can you take on?
We define the process, materials and working method before we start. That way you know exactly what is included and what you receive.
How fast does the listing go live?
We prepare and publish it as soon as the property reaches us, at night and on Sundays too. The display time then depends on the process and channel you use.
Why not just hire someone in the office?
You can, and for some agencies it makes sense. But one employee covers one shift, not the whole week, costs you the same in the quiet weeks, and takes all the training with them when they leave. We cover the same work across the entire week and you pay for the work that gets done.
